How do I return an item?
Please request a Returned Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA).

We only sell products that we have tested thoroughly ourselves so we know that they are rugged, hard-wearing and durable. We are sure you will be happy with your purchase but if you are dissatisfied in any way we will do our best to make you happy.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE
MTB101Cstomers have a 30 days satisfaction guarantee period from the time they receive their goods to either exchange or return them for a refund. Please note that if you change your mind, the product you return must remain, unopened, unused and in perfect (as purchased) condition or your return request may be refused. The cost of returning an order is borne by the customer.

MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS
We guarantee all the products we distribute to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of the item for one year from the date of invoice. Products showing any sign of negligence, accidental, or normal wear-and-tear will not be considered for replacement.

MTB101 will remburce return shipping charges to customers with proven manufacturing defects. When your return is received by MTB101 it will be inspected to determine if a replacement is warranted. This process will generally take 3-7 working days.

PURCHASES FROM A THIRD PARTY.
MTB101 will only enter into warrentty conversation about products purchased from MTB101.uk.com

Upon receipt of your email we will either request further information or issue you with a RMA and the address to return the product to.
